Processing Policy:
Upon receiving the information required to complete your personalized product, we'll email you a pdf proof within 2-7 business days. (Want a physical proof? Keep reading.) Once we receive approval of that proof from you via email, your order will be completed within 2-7 business days. Then it's on to shipping.
If you would prefer to receive a physical proof of your personalized product (and provided you've got the time), we'd be happy to accommodate you. The cost of your physical proof will equal the per unit price of the product you choose plus $2.00 for standard shipping. For two day shipping, add $5.95 to the per unit price. For overnight service, add $16.95 to the per unit price. So, if you order a product that is priced at $3.20, we'll mail you via standard shipping a physical proof of your personalized product for $5.20 ($3.20 plus $2.00 for standard shipping).
Our Guarantee on Workmanship:
Many of our products require assembly to be completed by us. We vow that you will receive a product that is superior in terms of workmanship. Quite simply, we won't send it to you if we wouldn't use it ourselves.
